Namely: superhuman strength that lets her lift/throw at least 10 tonnes, superhuman speed, superhuman agility and perfect balance, superhuman durability and slightly accelerated healing, plus the ability to cling to walls with her hands/feet/etc even through clothing and the spidey-sense for danger.

Inventory: Her spider suit, her web slingers and multiple back-up web cartridges, a multiverse traversing watch that will be DOA, her cell phone.

- Related to the above, the weird grief of being surrounded by versions of your dead best friend.

Greatest Fear: Going home to find out her father has died.

Greatest Desire: For people to be able to know the whole of her, not just one side, without it putting them in danger or causing other problems.

Greatest Regret: Not realising what was going on with Peter/not being able to save him from himself and her.
